Teriyaki Sauce ( Home Made )

Not a lot of comments and doesn’t need to be explained. everyone knows about this sauce.

But everyone has a different characteristic and how to make it. And here I make it with my own way.


Ingredient :

  • Mirin Flambe – 800 ml
  • Soy sauce  – 1 lt
  • Sake  – 150 ml
  • Orange Juice  – 500 ml
  • Onions  cuts  – 100 gr
  • Garlic flat  –   75 gr
  • Ginger slices – 75 gr
  • Apple cuts – 100 gr
  • Peneapple  cuts – 100 gr
  • Beef or chicken (trim) roasted  – 1 kg
  • Bouillion  or water  – 800 ml
  • Honey  – 500 ml
  • Oil  – 200 ml
  • sesame oil  -300 ml
  • Leek  – 100 gr

Procedure :

  • Heating Oil and soute Garlic, onions, ginger and leek in a sauce pot
  • Add all ingredients together , except mirin and sesame oil
  • Bring to simmer about 15 – 20 minutes
  • Remove from the heat then strain
  • Add Mirin, sake and sesame oil then whisk
  • Let them chill and keep in the refrigerator

If you need more taste or flavour, simply add flavour as you want. Gampang toh…gitu aja kok repot.
