Prawn w/ chicken floss and Eggyolk Sauce

a blend of three kinds of different flavors. shrimp, chicken and duck egg yolk. pamper your taste strong sensation. and served as a tasty appetizer or main dish.


Ingredients :


  • Prawn – 200 gr
  • Chicken floss – 40 gr
  • Boiled duck eggyolk (mashed) – 100 gr
  • Togarasi – 10 gr
  • Chili powder – 10 gr
  • Curry leaf – 5 gr
  • Fried garlic (chops) – 10 gr
  • Beaten eggs – 1 pcs
  • Cornstarch – 30 gr
  • Salt – 5 gr
  • pepper – 0.25 gr
  • water – 20 ml

 

Procedure :


  • Marinade prawn with salt and pepper
  • mix prawn with beaten eggs and paneer with cornstarch
  • Bring prawn in to deep fry and stir until brown and crispy then strain
  • Toast prawn with chicken floss and curry leaf in a medium heat
  • springkle and seasoning with togarasi, chili powder, garlic fried salt and pepper
  • stiring evenly then lift and put it on the plate

  • soute mashed duck eggyolk with butter
  • add water and seasoning with salt and pepper
  • The sauces is slighty
  • set sauces in to sauce dish
  • Garnish and ready to serve
