Oyster basic sauce

I use an existing oyster sauce in cans . using other mixed materials , making the basis of the tasty sauce . This sauce used by many Chinese dishes , and you will see some menu that will use this sauce in this blog . the base of this sauce is to facilitate you in making some food to be quick and fast

Ingredient :

  • Sweet ketchup (soy bean thick sauce)  – 2,5lt
  • Fish sauce  -3lt
  • Oyster sauce – 9lt
  • Light soya sauce -3lt
  • Sugar -1,2lt
  • Water -6lt
  • Flavour -1kg

Procedure :

  • Pour all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
  •  Bring to simmer then while stirring
  • remove from the heat and put it in to a big container then cooling.
  • Keep in refrigerator / chiller.

This sauce only for supplies. if you want to make 10 servings , the scales are 200 g for 20 servings.
